A Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is a mechanism within an organization, such as a college, university, or government agency, that provides a structured way for individuals to address complaints or concerns. Its main purpose is to resolve grievances promptly and fairly, fostering a positive and transparent environment.
DayanandAryaKanyaMahavidyalaya formeda student welfare committee in the year 2001-2002. The Grievance Redressal cell is intended to find solution for all kinds of issues the students face. The Faculty members discuss these issues with Principal and student representatives.
Aims:
In order to ensure transparency by the institution imparting education in admissions and with paramount objective of preventing unfair practices and to provide mechanism to students/faculty/staff for redressal of their grievances.
Objectives:
Complaints will be attended promptly:
• To maintain healthy atmosphere in college
• To encourage students/faculty to express their grievance freely and frankly
