Code of Conduct

The principal is the academic and administrative head of the institute and works for the growth of the institute.

  • The Principal monitors admissions, examinations, evaluation for smooth functioning of the system.
  • The Principal is authorized to nominate, Coordinators, members and other administration functionaries in various committees. She is responsible according extension or changes various functionaries in the administration, with the approval of Academic Council.
  • The Principal hold Ex-Officio members meetings as per the norms.
  • The Principal coordinates and motivates the faculty, administrative authorities and the supporting staff, so as to play their respective roles more effectively.
  • The Principal works for the common goal of providing effective education and guiding to enable the students to carve out promising career and lifelong learning.
  • The Principal is the spokesperson of the Institution and shall take part in regional, national and international conventions in serving the cause of development of education in particular.
  • The Principal along with all the staff working under her, is singularly and collectively responsible to the Board of Governors, Academic council, University, State Government, UGC, students and parents for the smooth and effective functioning of the college.
  • The Principal takes care of the academic and financial administration, generally guided by the rules and regulations as well as the norms laid down by RTM Nagpur University, UGC, State Government and the Governing body of the college.
  • Shall be assisted by various Heads of the departments, senior faculty members and various committees.
  • In matters related to decision implementation, Principal will be assisted by the Governing Body of the Institution.

Students Code of Conduct

Students should abide by rules of the Intuition.

  • Academic or social misconduct will be subject to disciplinary action by the Institution.
  • The students genuine grievances are redressed by Grievance Cell of the Institution.
  • It is mandatory for students to attend National festivals.
  • Ragging is prohibited vide Maharashtra state ‘Anti-Ragging Act, 1999. Any student found indulging in ragging in any form within or outside the college shall immediately expelled from the college and necessary disciplinary action will taken as per orders of Honourable Supreme Court of India.
  • The Institution abides with Arya Samaj Values hence intake of Non-Veg food is prohibited in the premises.
  • Students shall behave in a disciplined manner and follow the instruction issued by the principal from time to time.
  • Students shall be regular and punctual in attending classes, tutorials and submission of assignments.
  • Students with poor attendance and consistently poor performance in tests and tutorials shall not be permitted to appear for the university examination.
  • No student shall be permitted to appear for the university examination unless paid all dues to the college and attendance found satisfactory.
  • Use of mobile phones by students in the class rooms/library is strictly prohibited.

Teachers Code of Conduct

  • Abide by the principles of Arya Samaj.
  • Maintain Punctuality and Discipline.
  • Innovative Methods to be adopted in teaching and learning process.
  • Rules for leave will be observed as per Maharashtra Government.
  • Knowledge of soft skills should be attained gradually.
  • Assigned duties by the principal to be performed mandatorily.
  • Research work should be promoted.
  • Healthy atmosphere to be maintained amongst the staff.
  • Allotted university duties will be the part of your duty.
  • Satisfactory results must be given.

Powers And Functions Of The Management Body

  • The management shall try to synchronise the ancient ideals of education and of the relationships of the teachers and thought emphasised by the Rishis of your and by Rishi Dayanandsaraswati in recent years, with the advancement of science and other departments of learning and generally with the conditions and requirement of the modern world:
  • Members elected or nominated shall have a term of five years.
  • They prepare the budget and financial statements.
  • They recommend to the management for the creation of teaching and other posts, for improvement of the standards of teaching in the college.
  • The management committee shall have full control our the working of all institutions under the Sabha. The Local Management Committee meets at least twice a year. Summon the meetings of any kind of the General Body and from their agenda. Consider the appointment, dissmisals, promotions and punishment of staff.
