GayatriChhatraSangh | Alumni Cell

The Alumni Association of DayanandAryaKanyaMahavidyalaya, GayatriChataSangh was established to provide a platform for our former students to share their experiences and knowledge. DayanandAryaKanyaMahavidyalaya is an Women Educational Institute and is proud of our alumnae spread all over India. The association honors former students for their contribution to society or for a good cause. Most of Alumnae are still connected with college teachers and take part in various alumni activities.

Aims and Objectives

• It provides opportunity to alumnae to come together and share their academics, social and life experiences • To strengthen the bonds between former students. Keeping sense of belonging to the college enact. • Giving Alumnae the information regarding the progress of college in relation to academic, cultural and sports activities. • To provide opportunities for current students to benefits from the experiences and knowledge of former Alumnae. • To encourage and maintain relationships among alumni,allowing them to reconnected build new connections. • To promote a sense of belonging and pride in the alma mater,fostering the connection between alumni and the institution. • To provide platforms for alumni to network both professionally and socially leading to potential collaboration and career opportunities.

Alumni Association

DayanandAryaKanya MV. Alumni Association Nagpur (GayatriChhatraSangh) This is a Registered Alumni Association that Contributes Significantly to the development of the institution through financial and other support services. In year (2020-21) because of Pandemic situation all the programs were organized under GayatriChhatraSangh in Online mode such as what’s app group, google meet, zoom app etc. Alumni Association provides the alumni to come together share their academic, social and life experiences with one another and also acquainting the Alma mater with useful information which help the all-round development of the educational activities going on in the college campus. Maintaining close relationship with alumni, association organize Alumni meeting as they all interacted with one another also some alumni are selected as member for Association. In this way some students become member of the association they took active part in all on-going programs or activities. For our Independence Day program huge number of alumni’s came together celebrate and convey their gratitude towards the Nation through their speech. Also we organized Hindi Diwas program invite a group of Artists. We also conduct programs and invite some experts who guide these alumni for Banking exams Net/Set exams, LIC agents so on. College organizes various competitions like Music, Debate, Quiz, Essay writing so on so many alumni come forward to work as an volunteer for the program and also participate in Quiz, Music debate, alumni also participates in hawan program and they enjoy in our picnic also. In this way the college maintains close relationship with alumni keeping up the sense of belonging to the college from where they have completed their graduation. College also organizes health related activities like gynic problems, eye check-up, H.B. check-up, blood donation camps etc. Career guidance and job opportunities are conveyed regularly to the alumni’s. Alumni participate in these programs. We have also organised Seven days training workshop by alumni to motivated the fresheners.
