Objectives of IPR Cell

The objectives of the IPR cell, RTMNU are:

• To act and work as per the IPR Policy of the University
• To promote constant awareness about IPR.
• To advice and guide students and faculty on the importance of IPR.
• To provide IPRs protection information, orientation and facilities to students and faculty.
• To provide a platform for encouraging filing of IPRs and patenting the products/technologies for the benefit of the Institute and thereby to society at large.
• To provide guidance and information about the procedure for filing the IPRs.
• To establish an IPR ecosystem within RTMNU.
• To engage in conduct IP workshops/ seminars
• To exercise such other powers and perform such other tasks related to IP as may be assigned by the University authorities or prescribed in the ordinances / directions/ policies of the Universities from time to time
