Steps regarding admissions for International Students

Dear International Students if you are desire to take admission in the oldest and prestigious RashtrasantTukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Rabindranath Tagore Marg, Nagpur 440001 (Maharashtra) India you will follow the following steps for admission

• First Step
  • At the first instance the concerned International Student will have to apply to the RashtrasantTukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur for Eligibility as to confirm whether he/she is eligible for admission to the seeking course in the following format.

Note:- If candidate does not submit all the relevant necessary documents with this application form then University will not be responsible for delay in issuing the eligibility certificate.

If the candidate is found eligible he/she should follow the second step.

• Second Step
  If the candidate is found eligible he/she should mention the following information in the following format and submit in the International Students Advisor’s Office, in the University.
  • Guardian’s undertaking.
  • Forwarding remarks of the Indian Embassy/High Commission in Applicant’s county.
  • Under taking by the Official of Embassy/High Commission of Applicants Country in India
  • The applicant must pay 600 USD $ (Six Hundred Dollars) or Rs. 40,000/- (Rs. Forty Thousand Only) as Registration Fee University Cash Counter, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Educational Campus, RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur (Xerox copy of receipt be enclosed)
  • This form must be accompanied by non-refundable fee of Rs 200/- payable by cash (at University Cash counter) or a Bank Draft in favour of Registrar, RashtrasantTukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur.

Instructions:

• This form must be accompanied by non-refundable fee of Rs 200/- payable by a Bank Draft favouring Registrar, RashtrasantTukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur Rabindranath Tagore Marg, Nagpur 440001 (Maharashtra) India
• The form must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS and must be signed by the candidate himself/herself and must be submitted through the embassy high commission of your country in India and must be signed and dated by the concerned official in the relevant column of this form.
• The completed application must reach the Foreign Students’ Advisor, Nagpur University, Dr. N. Mandela Hostel Premises, L.I.T Campus, Ramnagar, Nagpur 440033, India on or before 30th June of the year in which admission is desired.
• This form must be accompanied by passport size photograph and certified copies of (a) Eligibility Certificate (b) Marksheets of qualifying examination (c) Leaving or Transfer of Conduct Certificate from the school/college last attended (d) Birth Certificate & other relevant documents in support of the application.
• Student whose qualifying examination is to be held after 15th May can also apply stating the dates of examination and date by which result of examination will be declared. In any case, the result must be communicated to the International Students’ Advisor by 1st July of the year, even telegraphically if necessary.

Notes:

• The International Students can apply either through the Embassy of their country or directly.
• Before finalization of the admission of International Students in this University, the Students shall have to undergo medical examinations for Physical Fitness Test & AIDS Test.
• After receiving the reports of the above medical examinations the Foreign Students Advisor’s Office shall issue Admission Slip.
• After receiving the admission slip the Foreign Student may contact with the Head of the concerned Department of the University/Principal of the concerned college affiliated to the RashtrasantTukadojiMaharaj Nagpur University for admission and deposit the requisite fees of the Department/College
• There is a Separate Hostel for International Gents Students and the lady International Students are accommodated in the Girls Students of University Hostel.
