1.    One day Workshop on “Research Project Design” was organized by the Department of Home Science on 26th July 2019.

2.    Exhibition on “Galactogogue Foods” on the occasion of World Breast Feeding Week was organized by the Department of Home Science on 2nd August 2019.

3.    Medical Checkup Camp was organized by the Department of Home Science to celebrate National Nutrition Month on 4th September 2019.

4.    One day Workshop on “Decorative Articles” was organized by the Department of Home Science on 9th September 2019.

5.    Nutrition Education Programme on “Health and Nutrition” was conducted by the Department of Home Science at Priyadarshini Uccha Madhyamik Shala, Futala Road, Nagpur on 26th September, 2019.

6.    Students of Semester I (Food Science & Nutrition) presented a skit on “Health and Nutrition” at Priyadarshini Uccha Madhyamik Shala, Futala Road, Nagpur on 26th September, 2019 under N.S.S.

7.    Entrepreneurship-Cum-Health Exhibition on “Diwali Dhamaka” was organized by the Department of Home Science on 16th October 2019.

8.    Two days Workshop on “Tally” was organized by the Department of Home Science on 23rd and 24th December 2019.

9.    Two days National Webinar organized on “Enhanced Employability for Home Scientists in Current Scenario” by the Department of Home Science on 22nd & 23rd June, 2020.

10.Two days Online Workshop on “ICT in Education” was organized by the Department of Home Science on 10th and 11th July 2020.

11.One day National Webinar was organized by the Department of Home Science on “Breast Cancer Awareness” and “Nutritional Considerations- Need of an Hour” on 14th July 2020.

12.Online Nutri Quiz for the students was organized by the Department of Home Science on 24th September 2021.

13.Essay Competition was organized by the Department of Home Science on the topic “Importance of National Voters Day” on 24th January, 2022 on the occasion of National Voters Day by the N.S.S. unit of the Department.

14.Recipe Contest was organized by the Department of Home Science on the theme “Calcium Rich Recipe” on 13th September 2022.

15.Skit on “Nutrition Education” and “Nutrition Assessment” of School Children was organized by M.Sc. Food science and Nutrition students on 24th September 2022 at Valmiki Hindi Prathmik Shala, Ramnagar, Nagpur.

16.Under N.S.S. unit “Essay Competition & Rally in RTMNU Campus” were by the Department of Home Science organized on 28th September 2022.

17.“Online Quiz” was organized by the Department of Home Science on 29th September 2022 on the occasion of National Nutrition Month.

18.One day “Entrepreneurship and Health Expo” was organized by the Department on 18th October 2022.

19.One day Workshop on “Pre-Marriage Counselling” was organized by the Department under NSS on 28th March 2023.

20.“Raan Bhaji Utsav” was organized by the Department on 21st July, 2023 as a part of the Centenary Year Celebration.

21.“Raan Bhaji Cooking Competition-2023” was organized by the Department in collaboration with Gramayan Pratishthan, Nagpur on the occasion of Bharatiya Khadya Sanskriti Mahotsav and Centenary Year of RTM Nagpur University on 26th July, 2023.

22.Under NSS, students participated in Vruksha Dindi at Dikshant Sabhagruha, RTMNU, Nagpur on 19th August 2023.

23.Under N.S.S., department organized “Meri Maati Mera Desh” Campaign was taken up. Tree Plantation was done by teaching staff and students in the premises of the department. Five Security Guards were felicitated under “Viron ka Vandan”. “Panch Pran Pledge” was taken by staff members, students and security guards on 24th August 2023.

24.Under N.S.S., Swachhata Abhiyan was organized in the department on 03rd October 2023.

25.“Entrepreneurship and Health Expo” was organized by the department on 27th October, 2023.

26.“Millet Exhibition” on the theme “Millets for Life: Nutritional Delights Across Life Span” was organized by the department on the occasion of International Millet Year 2023 and Centenary Year of RTM Nagpur University on 29th December, 2023.

27.Two days Workshop on “Entrepreneurship Skill Development (Arts & Crafts)” was organized by the Department on 7th and 8th February 2024.

28.Poster with Slogan Competition was organized by the Department on under NSS on “Energy Conservation Measures” on 22nd February, 2024.
